Our refund and returns policy lasts 8 days from the moment it shows delivered. If 8 days have passed since your purchase, we cant offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, The item should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return requests will only be approved if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. Please ensure you record a clear video while opening the package upon delivery. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you on the channel of communication chosen by you while placing order that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, You will be refunded on the same payment method you paid us with. If you paid us using bank transfer you will be asked for your bank account details to send refund amount. If you paid using crypto currency, your wallet details will be required to refund.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds via bank transfer may take up to 7 days to reflect on your account, if 7 days have passed and you still haven’t received funds, kindly contact us.Â
For cryptocurrency, refunds usually arrive instantly.
NOTE: Refund amount sometimes may be slightly less fluctuating currency exchange rates.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address our team instructs you when your return request is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
