Customs Clearance and Import duties

We prepare all paperwork and value declarations in accordance with applicable international shipping standards and the legal requirements of destination countries, with the objective of keeping duty charges for our customers next to none or very reasonable. Although the likelihood of customs seizure is low, it cannot be entirely ruled out in international transport.
In the rare event that a parcel does not reach you, we will offer either a replacement at 50% of the original price or a 50% refund, at your discretion. Please note this remedy is conditional: eligibility requires the customer’s full cooperation with all reasonable and standard customs or regulatory procedures. Failure to comply with such normal requests may render an order ineligible for replacement or refund under this policy. Please note that if customs requests any additional information, we kindly ask you to coordinate with our support team before responding. We’ll guide you on what to say and what to avoid to ensure the best possible outcome. If this process is not followed, we may not be able to take responsibility for up to 50% of the loss in case the shipment is seized by customs
